My Teaching Experience
Since becoming a certified yoga teacher, I've experienced countless opportunities. In addition to teaching Vinyasa and Yin sessions locally, I've had the chance to lead yoga sessions at festivals and conduct yoga and mindfulness programs in local primary schools.
I've collaborated with businesses to offer wellbeing at work sessions, taught family classes for local charities, and worked with neurodivergent children.
I've also facilitated meditation sessions for adults with lifelong conditions and currently run a weekly session on an acute mental health ward.

About me
Hello and welcome to my website!
I’m so glad you’re here.
My yoga journey began 20 years ago, a pivotal moment in my life that was sparked by a serious car accident. At that time, I was in great shape, at my strongest, but the aftermath of the accident took a toll on my body. During my hospital stay, I experienced significant muscle weakening, which left me feeling vulnerable and disconnected from my physical self.
Benefits of Yoga
Yoga isn't about touching your toes its about what you learn on your way down. It will always be a practice and will never be something you win at.
The science...
Yoga builds full body strength, the flowing transitions of Vinyasa Yoga help build muscular strength and endurance.
Yoga regulates the nervous system response. One of the biggest benefits of yoga is that it helps balance the autonomic nervous system. This system controls our heart, breath and, in fact, all functions that keep us alive and healthy. Yoga is found to help regulate the two parts of this system: the sympathetic (which helps energise the body) and parasympathetic (which helps heal the body).
