About Me
Hello and welcome to my website! I’m so glad you’re here.
My yoga journey began just over 20 years ago, a pivotal moment in my life that was sparked by a serious car accident. At that time, I was in great shape, at my strongest, but the aftermath of the accident took a toll on my body. During my hospital stay, I experienced significant muscle weakening, which left me feeling vulnerable and disconnected from my physical self.
In the midst of this challenging period, I found myself searching for a gentle yet effective way to regain my strength and restore my body. It was during this quest that I discovered yoga, a practice that not only offered physical rehabilitation but also provided a sense of peace and mindfulness that I desperately needed.
As I began to explore the various styles and philosophies of yoga, I quickly realised that it was more than just a physical practice; it was a holistic approach to healing and self-discovery. Each session on the mat became a journey of reconnecting with my body, nurturing my spirit, and cultivating resilience. I learned to listen to my body’s needs, honour its limitations, and celebrate its progress, no matter how small.
Over the years, yoga has transformed my life in countless ways. It has taught me the importance of balance, both physically and mentally, and has equipped me with tools to navigate life’s challenges with grace and strength. I have had the privilege of sharing this transformative practice with others, guiding them on their own journeys toward gratitude and empowerment.
Through this website, I hope to inspire and support you on your path, whether you are a seasoned yogi or just beginning to explore the world of yoga. Together, we can cultivate a deeper connection to ourselves, embrace the journey of growth, and celebrate the beauty of movement and mindfulness. Thank you for joining me on this adventure!

YOGA EXPERIENCE
Since becoming a certified yoga teacher, I've experienced countless opportunities. In addition to teaching Vinyasa and Yin sessions locally, I've had the chance to lead yoga sessions at festivals and conduct yoga and mindfulness programs in local primary schools.
I've collaborated with businesses to offer wellbeing at work sessions, taught family classes for local charities, and worked with neurodivergent children.
I've also facilitated meditation sessions for adults with lifelong conditions and currently run a weekly session on an acute mental health ward.

Here’s a little bit more about me:
I have a BSc (Hons) in Art & Design and I am currently working towards my MSc in Occupational Therapy, and I’m really excited about building a career that allows me to incorporate my yoga knowledge and love of creativity as a therapeutic medium (just a few months left in my studies!).
Along my academic journey, I’ve had the wonderful opportunity to lead yoga sessions for NHS service users in Herefordshire and Worcestershire.
